Overview

Through this service, all complaints and requests are referred to the concerned department, depending on the type of complaint, request or suggestion.

Who can request this service

Citizens, residents, visitors and government or privateentities

Steps to follow to request the service

  1. Process steps:
    • Receive the complaint or suggestion via e-mail, telephone or fax.
    • Forward it to the concerned department within the authority.
    • Wait for a reply from their side.

  2. List of Forms and procedures required:
    • Verification of the identity of the person or public or private entity, or provision of any documents supporting the request, suggestion or complaint.

What documents are needed to process

  • A copy of the passport or ID card.
  • Certificates.
  • Personal photos.
  • Proof of existence of the complaint or request.

How the service is processed

Request or complaint can be submitted via snail mail, fax or e-mail.


How long will it take

One month, or until a response is received from the concerned department.
